Another highly addictive game from King.com! Ballies is a short, but cute and enjoyable arcade game, and it is perfect for relaxing.
You start the game with three lifes. Ballies is controlled entirely with the mouse: the Ball follows your cursor to move around, and clicking the left button of the mouse activates his bombs, which are dropped and explode in one second. The explode area is not very big and your purpose is to blow up as more balls as you can. There are four types of enemy balls - red, green, blue and violet. They are coming near you slowly all the time,
but some of them are with a sign "Bump me". That means you do not need a bomb to kill them - you can just hit them. The "Bump me" balls can drop special bonuses like giving you a new bomb.
There are random events in the game. For example - an ice cube, which for me is the best bonus. When you take it, all the balls around freeze for about 6-7 seconds and you don`t need a bomb to kill them. Just go through them. The other cool event is the "Combo Bonus". Your ball is equipped immediately with a small gun, that shoots constantly. You only have to turn around
in order to kill all your enemies. And finally, there are special bombs. These bombs are with a special colour and when you take one of them (for example the red), it will kill all the red bombs on the field.
Nevertheless, I have some little negative notes about Ballies. Firstly, the music by Matt Mcfarland after the first five minutes is very annoying. In addition there is no option for the turning the music off, or even for reducing the volume. There are also no options for pausing the game or going to the main menu while playing (you have to die in order to do so).
My advice is - sit back, relax and go for it. You won't be disappointed.
