3D Penalty is a online penalty game. Firstly, click on the heads or tails coin to start the referee coin toss. The winner of the coin toss kicks first. You will take five turns as a kicker and five turns as a goalie.
When you are kicker,
you have to move the mouse to place the kicker aim cursor. You have to click once to start play and secondly to stop the meter at the wanted ball power. As a goalie you will have to watch the green arrow and cursor - it shows the kickers aim. Take a look on the green arrow just before the kicker strikes the ball to see if the ball will spin left or right. If there isn't any green arrow then the ball will have no spin. There is an option for diving when you are goalie - just click left or right from him. Your best score of all games is saved until you click on "Quit/Submit".
3D Penalty doesn't have too much to show. The music is pretty hard and disturbing. There is no option for turning it off. On the other hand the graphics are very good for an online game. I'm a little bit divided, but if you are a football or sport fan - this is the game for you!
